Our studio gym prides itself on unique programming, attention to coaching and a welcoming community. The focus of our program is to utilise kettlebells to make you stronger and more conditioned, powerful and more mobile than you’ve ever been before! It’s never too late to start!

Our studio gym offers a welcoming community-driven environment where everyone feels supported. We specialise in small group classes, creating space for personalised coaching and connection. Our unique yet highly functional program sets us apart - designed to build real-word strength, confidence and results.

Classes and services…

Kettlebells

Build your full body strength, power, coordination and core using kettlebells! In this class you will hit a variety of movement patterns and positions and learn how to 'flow' kettlebell movements together. Enjoy the challenge and keep coming back to perfect your moves and explore the world of kettlebell movements!

Bars, Bells + BPM

Let's hit our main lifts, such as, back squat, deadlift, overhead press and much more! Grind through your set of strength building kettlebell exercises and explore the use of the gymnastics bar and rings to lifting your bodyweigh

Kettlebells + Cardio

Ready, sweaty, GO! We utilize the cardio machines and mix things up with kettlebell movements for an intense strength and conditioning workout. A great way to finish off a week of training!

Mums + Bubs

Welcome back to training after baby! In this 30 minute class, we will use kettlebells to build functional strength, power, muscular endurance and most importantly, core strength. With a maximum capacity of 4 in this class, rest assure that there is room for your pram and attention from your coach to ensure you are moving safely.

  • Strong Seniors

    For over 55, this 40 min class will teach you the kettlebell basics and fundamental movements to keep strong for daily life. Challenge your coordination, build your core and condition your heart in a fun way and low impact way.

  • Start Up PT

    Learn the basics or refine your kettlebell skills, getting you ready to jump into our classes! Purchase in 3 x pack of 30 min sessions.

  • Online Training Program

    Live abroard or prefer to train from home? Sign up to our Online Program with a monthly subscription via a community group on Facebook with under 30 min full body workouts along with video demonstrations. All you need is some basic skills and a kettlebell… or few!

  • Private PT

    Classes not your style? We got you! Sign up to a set of PT sessions and train to your needs/liking. Purchase 30 min sessions in packs of 5.
